| A crisp morning here. And we have a press proof at 7am. All goes well so we head out for a bite to eat before being back at 11am for the next check. | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| So after two press checks we are off until Monday morning. So it's off to explore. First stop, Mount Washington. Then dinner in Littleton, NH and some Christmas Decorations and more.... | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| We checked out the run Rich was planning to make on Sunday - a 20 mile training run - so we ended here in Guildhall, VT, settled in 1761. | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| We went to the Cog Railway station at the base of Mt. Washington - that's the cog railway going up the mountain. Then we checked out the Mt. Washington Hotel built in the 1800's I believe. Decorated for Christmas and with some cutouts we just couldn't resist... | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| Since we didn't have a jacket for dinner at Mt Washington Hotel we drove over to Littleton, NH for dinner and walked around town a bit. Once again the Christmas decorations abounded and in some unusual ways...
Then we found the world's longest candy bar. This shop has everything for the tourist and culinary delights. |

| All over the area you see signs for Moose Crossings and warnings about braking for Moose. We have not seen any! We are unsure the actually exist. Something about it being an insurance scam or a way to keep people from driving too fast...
Then we found it, at the candy store, the stuffed talking moose! They do exist! Or do they???? |

| The eveing ended back at a little bar in Lancaster called the Elms. We had heard about this place and how we had to go...so we did! Amazing. People from 21-80 something all having a good time and joining in the Karioki singing. Something about someone like my mom singing karioki that is just not right...but it worked! We noticed everyone was happy here. We even met someone from Stinehour and their spouse. A great evening. Who knew at 9pm we would stay 'til closing? | ||||||||||||||||||||||
